1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required to create an account on bn77. Accounts registered with false details may be suspended at any time.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at registration.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Identity verification is required before processing large withdrawals.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow any third party to access your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on bn77 use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The outcome of every spin or bet is entirely random and independent of previous results.

• If a technical error affects a game outcome, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Bn77 reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. bn77 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under certain circumstances.

• To close your account yourself, email our support team — please withdraw your balance before requesting closure.
• If prohibited activity is detected, bn77 may close the account without notice.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be marked as dormant.
• Any valid balance will be returned after an account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

9 Policy on Changes to Terms
